I have been repeatedly unable to activate Skype's $2.99 calling plan. Despite multiple attempts, Skype continues to reject the activation without providing a clear explanation or guidance on how to resolve the payment method issues.
I have not been given specific reasons for the rejection, nor any advice on alternative payment methods. To assist me in resolving this Skype issue, I recommend that Skype review its current system and replace it with a more customer-friendly one. It should enable customers to set up their payment methods in such a way that it will be accepted for this plan. Moreover, clarification should be provided to the customers about any requirements or restrictions in place.
Clear communication on the next steps and advice on how to successfully initiate the plan would greatly enhance the user's experience and satisfaction. It would also prevent you from becoming a boat and losing millions of prospective customers who are currently blocked from establishing a service with you because of Skype's highly user-hostile current website. Thank you for your attention to this matter, which is currently causing Microsoft to lose considerable income it would otherwise generate if you would replace your deficient website with a user-friendly, or even user-tolerant, one.

We have now finished with Skype/Teams as the transition to Teams was impossible - I couldn't contact anyone anymore, so we've taken alternative means of communication. Maybe you should stop trying to make everything so complicated.
